Ali Griffin 

Ali is a USPTA P2 professional. She has played tennis since she can remember traveling around the country as a junior for intersectional and national events. Ali finished her career playing for Montana State University, a Division 1 school. Ali has been teaching for 8 years in locations ranging from Big Sky, Montana to Phoenix, Arizona until landing at the Yakima Tennis Club in 2013. Ali has taught at NIKE Tennis Camp's as well as developed and managed tennis programs in the resort area of Big Sky. She enjoys helping both kids and adults of all levels advance their game. Off the court, she looks forward to staying active in the Pacific Northwest's great outdoors.

Kathleen is a USPTA P1 professional. She played college tennis at the University of Minnesota. Formerly, Kathleen was the Pro Manager at Sunset Tennis Center, St. Louis, MO. She also was the owner of St. Louis Tennis & Fitness, and the director of NIKE Tennis Camp at Washington University, St. Louis, MO. Kathleen has experience teaching all levels with an emphasis on coaching junior tennis including local, sectional, inter-sectional and zonal teams. She has also coached national caliber players at European ITF tournaments through Tennis Europe. In her spare time she spends plenty of time at White Pass Ski Area and enjoys working and playing with daughters Caroline & Chloe and husband, Reid.

Tyler is excited to be joining the YTC staff full-time working with tennis and pickleball.  Tyler has grown up at YTC since his father was the manager and teaching pro for 19 years. In high school, Tyler played varsity for four years at West Valley where he was a two time all-league selection and regional runner-up in singles. Tyler played four years at Whitworth University where he was honored as team captain and with a sportsmanship award. Since returning to Yakima in 2004, Tyler has coached tennis at East Valley HS, Davis HS, the Yakima Country Club and in his driveway with his four kids. Tyler is a 5.0 tennis player and still enjoys training and competing in tournaments and leagues.  Tyler also has a lot of experience in pickleball having played in local tournaments with Tyson McGuffin as his training partner.  Tyler enjoys coaching people of all levels and ages in both tennis and pickleball.
