Yakima Tennis Club COVID-19 Plan of Action
Hello YTC Members!
The time we have all been waiting for is finally here! We are allowed to open the indoor facility!! There are some guidelines that need to be followed so things will look slightly different, but we will make the best of it.
Effective Monday, January 11th, the indoor facility will be open with new hours:
M-FRI 8am – 9pm
SAT/SUN 8am – Last Reservation
Tennis Court Times:
8:30am – 10am
10:00am - 11:30am
Open reservation times until 4:00pm
4:00pm - 5:30pm
5:30pm - 7:00pm
7:00pm - 8:30pm
Pickleball Court Times (reservations currently required):
7pm - 9pm
11:30am - 3pm
1pm - 3pm
Thursday 11:30am - 3pm
6pm - 9pm
8:30am - 3pm
8:30am - noon
Mandatory Guidelines Provided by the State:
Staff must wear facial coverings any time they are not alone in the facility.
Members must wear facial coverings to enter the facility
There is a maximum of 5 people allowed in the lobby at a time, so members will need to wait outside or in the hallway until their court is available.
Since we cannot have more than 5 people in the lobby, please pay/reserve courts online or over the phone.
Reservations are a must, no walk ins.
Our staff cleans between each wave of court reservations
Cups may not be provided for the drinking stations. Water bottles must be brought from home or purchased at the front desk.
500 square feet per individual to determine maximum occupancy.
Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.
Hand sanitizer must be used upon entrance.
Please note: the lobby, restrooms, and court trays and benches are disinfected between each group of people throughout the entire day. Our staff is working very hard to provide a clean and safe environment.
